Babar is seven years old and studies in prep. He has two brothers and three sisters. His father works in an office as a sweeper and spends long hours helping to provide for the family. His mother manages the home and looks after the children.

Running, kicking the ball, and playing with his siblings and friends makes him happy and energetic. He also enjoys eating daal chawal, which is his favorite meal. He tidies up, arranges things, and does whatever he can to make her work easier. He pays attention in class and enjoys learning new things. He is curious and listens carefully to his teachers so he can grow smarter every day.

Babar dreams of becoming a police officer when he grows up. He wants to serve the people of his country and help them feel safe. He knows that this requires hard work, studying, and dedication.
