MinorCare currently operates with a focused 3-person team: Mo Azeem as Founder, Sana Ahmad as Country Manager overseeing on-ground operations in Pakistan, and Ali who leads SEO, web development, and content. This lean structure keeps overhead low and ensures the maximum portion of every donation reaches the children directly.

Sana Ahmad leads MinorCare on-ground operations in Laliyani, Kasur, Pakistan. This includes coordinating school enrollment, verifying that students receive their uniforms, books, shoes, and supplies, and serving as the primary liaison between the U.S. leadership team and the local schools.

Yes. MinorCare Foundation is a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit with EIN 99-3322035. It is listed on Charity Navigator and verified by Candid GuideStar. Donations are 100% tax-deductible for U.S. taxpayers. The IRS determination letter is publicly available for review.
